Drupal Demonstrations
Agileware have created a Drupal demonstration website for you to login and experiment with the Drupal content management system. This website has example content, a collection of Agileware developed themes and allows you to edit content, upload files & images, add menu entries and use the taxonomy feature of Drupal to categorise your content.
To use the Drupal demonstration website register a new account, check your email and then login. Once logged in you can start creating and editing website content. The website data is automatically reset every 4 hours. Have fun!

There are many add on modules for drupal related to taxonomy. You just have to look through them and find one that does what you want.
