By purchasing product(s) from this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not proceed submit an order to Agileware.
Currency, Prices, Goods & Services Tax (GST)
All prices listed on the website are in Australian dollars and are Goods & Services Tax (GST) inclusive.
GST is not applied for orders outside of Australia. During the checkout process you will be prompted to select your Billing Country, if Australia is selected, GST will be calculated and the GST amount shown.
Purchasing from outside Australia? Then we suggest using the Yahoo! Currency Converter to estimate the cost of a product in own currency before purchase.
Sale prices will only be available during the specified sale period. We do our best to publish the best available prices and are therefore unable to provide further discounts.

Errors & Omissions
We do our best to ensure that our website, product details and prices are up to date and accurate. Product details and prices change from time to time and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to remove product from sale, your order and/or correct any errors.
Generating an Order
When you complete the checkout process, an order is generated and sent to us for processing. Please note that an order is an offer to purchase, and does not constitute a contract until it is fulfilled.
Processing your Order
Products published on this website are shown in good faith that the products are available. We will make every effort to supply the products you order, however products are subject to availability at the time of processing.
Where the price or product has changed significantly since your order was received we will inform you and if necessary provide a refund. We will not substitute your original selection without your consent.
We will process the order only once payment in full is received. Please allow sufficient processing time for your chosen payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any unpaid order without further notice. We reserve the right to refund any paid order should we be unable to fulfill the order or if we believe the order is in anyway fraudulent or illegal.
Shipping
Fees for shipping are calculated using one of the following methods:
- For orders less than or equal to $100 excluding GST a flat rate of $20 excluding GST applies. This rate is displayed during the checkout process.
- For orders over $101 excluding GST shipping is free.
- For orders of special items that are: fragile, bulky/large, heavy (>5 KG), require special shipping or where the delivery address is outside a Australian central business district (CBD). If this applies to your order, we will contact you to inform you of the additional shipping fee first, prior to shipping your order. If you choose not to proceed with the order a full refund will be provided. To proceed with the order, the additional shipping fee must be paid in full.
At this point in time, we only ship tangible products to delivery addresses in Australia. However, if you require a delivery outside of Australia then please contact us for a quote. This does not affect delivery of non-tangible products and services which can be delivered anywhere in the world.
Delivery
In most cases we use Australian Air Express Couriers to deliver your goods. They will require that we provide them with a day time delivery address and a contact phone number. Parcels must be signed for upon receipt, unless we are instructed otherwise. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery and in country areas up to 14 days.
Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturers warranty only. You must deal directly with the manufacturer or local distributor after the first 30 days of delivery to you.
Returning Damaged or Faulty Products
We will replace and/or repair damaged or faulty products wherever possible subject to the following conditions.
- We must be notified of any fault or damaged within 30 days of delivery.
- You must first request a Return Authorisation from Agileware Support before returning the product.
- Products must be returned and received by us within 7 days of Return Authorisation.
- A copy of your purchase receipt must be provided with the return
- You are to pay all costs for returning the products to us.
- You are to ensure that the products are safely packaged for return. Products damaged during transit will not be accepted.
- Where a replacement product is not available we will provide a credit using the same method the purchase payment was made, including delivery and return freight charges.
