The role of the Lighthouse Business Innovation Centre is to provide a wide range of business programs to attract individuals representing the spectrum of industries and services, including arts and design.

Lighthouse were referred to Agileware to assist with completing an existing Drupal website project that had stalled with another company.

Agileware reviewed the existing Drupal website and then in consultation with Lighthouse, implemented changes so that the website could be quickly launched. This included the following services:

• Upgraded the Drupal core software
• Fixed problems with the existing Drupal configuration
• Optimised the Drupal theme and fixed layout issues
• Integrated the following new features:
  • Events calendar. Events can be created and displayed in a calendar format with RSS feed.
  • RSS feeds for news.
  • Google Maps
  • Enable Blog feature with Blog roll, Tag cloud, based on free tagging, Latest comments and Latest Blog blocks
  • Created the ability for pages to be cross-referenced as related information.
• Provide on-site training to Lighthouse

Agileware continue to provide support and ad-hoc development services to the Lighthouse Business Innovation Centre.
