Pepe's Paperie is one of the newest and most comprehensive paper stores in Australia. Pepe's Paperie range of high quality, luxury goods includes fine papers, stylish pens, notebooks, journals, photo albums, leather goods, cards, gift wrap and much more.

Pepe's Paperie prides itself on a selection of products from Australia and around the world. They are looking to expand their presence in New York and London.

Pepe's Paperie didn't have web presence and asked Agileware to build a website to promote their business. Their objective was to substantially grow their business by reaching a nationwide audience. The issues we needed to address included:

• the ability to add/delete/update various information on the website
• the ability to manage their extensive product range
• the ability to easily and quickly update product titles, categorisation, pricing and other details
• provide product catalog and shopping cart with checkout

To address these needs, Agileware implemented various solutions to meet their business requirements. These solutions included:

• focusing on a clean and user-friendly website
• enabling ease of content management and maintenance of the site
• designing and implementing an effective catalog and shopping cart to facilitate online purchase of products
• implementing the Agileware Signwriter module to dynamically create stylised image text using the Pepe's Paperie font
• automatic product image resizing and interactive display
• CSV data import for rapid updating of all product details from the Pepes product catalog, thus saving hours of clicking and typing
• customisation of the shopping cart workflow to reduce the total number of steps required to reach the checkout
• Drupal multi-site installation so that customers can have a single login to all other of Pepe's websites
• integration with Mailing List software enabling customers to subscribe once and Pepes to manage unique mailing lists

Pepe's Paperie was very satisfied with how the project turned out. The look and feel of the site was clean, sophisticated, and professional.

Using the online shopping cart, customers could purchase their desired products easily. Online traffic and sales have grown steadily since the launch of Pepe's Paperie in 2007.
