Drupal website for Private Mental Health Alliance
The Private Mental Health Alliance is the peak industry alliance dedicated to improving private sector mental health services for Australians through collaboration, consumer and carer participation, and improving the quality of information available on the services provided.
Our company was approached by PMHA wanting us to develop a new website that's both accessible and user friendly. PMHA wanted to be able to update the website themselves and add new content, which required CMS integration. The issues we needed to address included:
- all existing content, design and structure is to be migrated to the new website
- allow PMHA members to sign on to a members-only area
- an area for uploading documents which users could then download
- a news area with news articles
- allow administrators to quickly and easily modify and add content to the site
We created a CMS website tailored to suit our client's functionality and budget requirements. We worked closely with the client's chosen graphic design partner Itchy Brain throughout the entire process to ensure the site met their requirements. We implemented a solution that includes the following:
- creating a members-only area for the site. Members use their own usernames and passwords to gain access to meeting reports
- enabling ease of content management and maintenance of the site
- configuring and implementing a fully functional WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) HTML editor to allow easy editing of website content
- hosting of the new site
The new look website is easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for. The client was very satisfied and grateful with the quality of our work.
This was also an excellent opportunity to jointly work on a website project with Itchy Brain.
