Startup Camp Canberra is a get together of people from different disciplines that have an interest in startups and do a complete startup in one weekend. From coming up with the idea and making a business plan to pitching, design and development and marketing. The main goal is to learn from each others experience and to get a chance to work with a new group of people and of course to have a lot of fun.

Startup Camp Canberra wanted a cost effective website they could quickly and easily update to promote the event. The issues we needed to address included:

• a blog where you can keep up-to-date on their latest developments
• Drupal/Twitter integration
• rotating images of the sponsors
• an area for uploading documents which users could then download
• allow administrators to quickly and easily modify and add content to the site

To address this, Agileware implemented a series of innovative solutions to meet their requirements. These solutions included:

• rotating images of the sponsors that fade in and out
• Drupal/Twitter integration to allow automatic tweeting of new blog posts
• enabling ease of content management and maintenance of the site
• adding CAPTCHA to eliminate all automated spam emails
• configuring and implementing a fully functional WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) HTML editor to allow easy editing of website content
• providing competitively priced, inexpensive and cost effective website
• hosting of the new site

The client browsed our collection of pre-designed website templates and selected a design that matches their needs. This significantly reduced the cost and time required for the client's project. The site was put together quickly and efficiently and they were very satisfied with the end result.
