Can you please tell me how to add or enable the Header Region so I can add the Search Bar to the Top Right as in the Demo?

The search box should print
The search box should print automatically.
If you go to your global theme settings (/admin/build/themes/settings) and make sure the search box options is checked it should work.
If you don't want to check the search box option globally add the following line to the wilderness.info file:
features[] = search
Then go the your themes configuration page (/admin/build/themes/settings/wilderness) and make sure the search box option is checked.
Also, in future please post issues and questions for themes and modules from drupal.org to the issue queue on drupal.org
There is even a note on the wilderness theme drupal.org page stating this.
