Included business hours support

Number of business hours support included with the service per month used to perform maintenance tasks as well as any support requests. This can be used for the following services:
  • Drupal core upgrades
  • Drupal community module upgrades
  • Drupal module development
  • Drupal theme development
  • Drupal systems administration
  • Other Drupal support services

Services provided by Agileware exceeding this allocation is then charged to your account at the applicable rate (business support or emergency support rate) in 15 minute increments or deducted from any pre-paid support you may have purchased. Read more details about business hours support.

Supported operating systems

Agileware will support your Drupal installation on Apache, MySQL and PHP on ANY operating system.

Drupal server access requirements

To provide support and perform maintenance tasks, Agileware will require remote access to your Drupal server environment. Methods of remote access can be: SSH (preferred), SFTP and/or remote desktop.
