• As an optional extra we can also recommend:
  • stock photos and images from public domain as well as commercial stock photo libraries ^{Note 1}.
  • custom fonts for your website. An optional extra, purchased as (font weights).
• We rapidly create three preview Drupal themes for you to review.
• Each Drupal theme we create is a single unique Drupal page template. This is sufficient for most websites due to the flexibility of Drupal (blocks, panels, views).
• You can perform a full walk-thru and evaluation of each theme in a working Drupal website, complete with menus, pages and blocks. See http://demo.agileware.net as an example.
• You can demonstrate this website to your team, boss and other stakeholders using the new preview themes (how cool is that?!).
• You then select one of the preview themes to develop further into the final theme.
• For the final theme we provide:
  • 2 hour change allowance. This is for changes or enhancements to the final theme prior to delivery. You can increase the change allowance or purchase more hours at anytime.
  • Cross web browser compatibility testing of the using: Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, Fire Fox 3 and Apple Safari 3 only. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 compatibility testing is an optional extra.
  • Testing in conjunction with the following modules: Core modules - optional & required, Administration menu, Image assist, Panels, Views and Wysiwyg using Editor Default CSS.

Timetable for delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days for the first preview Drupal themes and then 2 to 3 business days for the final Drupal theme. The more responsive you are the faster we can deliver.

We will provide you with:

• The final Drupal theme plus the three preview Drupal themes
• Installation instructions for your Drupal website

During the checkout process, you will be prompted to review and accept our Agileware Services Agreement. This agreement provides you with:

• Confidentiality we will not disclose your details, theme requirements or distribute the developed Drupal themes
• 30 days warranty post-delivery and email support during the warranty period
• GPL licensing for the developed Drupal themes. Deploy to as many websites as you want - no restrictions. Plus there is no requirement for you to release your Drupal theme code. GPL license does not apply to commercial fonts and stock images, which have separate license terms.

For an optional discount, you can grant Agileware permission to submit all Drupal themes back to the Drupal community under the GPL license. Agileware will then maintain the themes as a projects on drupal.org and acknowledge you as the project sponsor. This is a great way to contribute back to the wider Drupal community. Any commercial stock photos used will be removed from your theme as these are not compatible with the GPL licensing terms.

To help us develop your Drupal theme we require you provide the following information and resources:

1. (Optional) Website graphics. Images in JPG or GIF formats (web images are predominately low resolution 72-96dpi). The web site design will be influenced by the supplied images.
2. (Optional) Logo. Company or corporate logo or brand in a vector format file such as EPS. The web site design will be influenced by the supplied logo.
3. Website content. Examples of key content, or a copy of the entire website content (text, images, video etc). This is a particularly useful input to the design process.
4. Website structure. An indication of the overall website structure will aid the design process. This can be as simple as a bulleted list.
5. Target screen resolution. 800x600, 1024x768 or higher.
6. (Optional) Similar sites. A short list of websites whose design is relevant to the unique theme
7. General layout of the page elements.
8. Key website messages.
9. Indication of the website target audiences.
10. Colour and imagery preferences for the website.
